Membership Statuses Won't update. Cron is ON.
September 04, 2012, 02:41:16 pm
Hi there!

I am using CiviCRM 4.2 and I can't get membership statuses to change according to the rules I had set up. Firstly, I thought it was a bug in 4.1, but upgrading it did not help.

The statuses won't update even if I hit 'execute now' on the job under 'scheduled jobs'. It produces the following log output:

"Success Processed 20 membership records. Updated 11 records. Sent 0 renewal reminders."

I am pretty sure the membership status rules are configured correctly (although not entirely, since the damn thing does not work):

I was using CiviCRM 4.1 before, updated it to 4.2 with no luck. Has anybody experienced it? I suspect that my status rules' setup could be faulty. Could anybody share their working example?

Any input would be appreciated. I am running out of ideas of what could be wrong here.

Thanks!
The right side is always left.
