bulk mails don't send, but test mails do

Ever since we recently upgraded (to CiviCRM 4.1.5 and Drupal 6.26), we haven't been able to send bulk emails. We create them and submit for immediate mailing, but they just sit there, unsent with a "scheduled" status. We can send test mailings without any problem.

I don't know if it's related, but we recently received a spate (every 5 minutes for 3 days) of the following error message:

Cannot open /var/www/munin/localdomain/localhost.localdomain-cpu.html at /usr/share/munin/munin-html line 488.

The error message did not seem to be in response to the attempted mailing, since the timing was different.

Can anyone suggest anything?

1. what version did u upgrade from

2. 4.1 switched to a new format for cron jobs and was highlighted in the upgrade screen. did you switch / migrate your cron job? check the wiki for more detailed docs

Upgraded from Civi 3.1.5 and Drupal 6.15.
I don't know if we switched/migrated our cron job. I'll have to check with the folks at Drupal Jobs who did the upgrade.

Is that Wikipedia?

Donald,

Could you send more guidance on how to switch/migrate our cron job? Or just point me in the right direction? I don't have the skills to do it myself probably, but I can forward the info to someone who hopefully can.

Thanks. Our conservation nonprofit is dead in the water without the ability to send bulk emails to our members.

Turns out mail scheduler was not enabled. Bulk emails now working, thanks!
