We sometimes need to add numerous individuals to a group and also remove the same individuals from another group in the same instance.

At present, if I select 60 individuals and use 'Add contacts to group', once the action is completed I am returned to the contact list screen and all the previously selected individuals are unticked. I then have to re-tick them and select 'Remove contacts from group'.

A workaround is to initially add the individuals to an interim group. In this group I then select 'all' and do the adding and removing before emptying the interim group... but this leaves a history which is of no interest.

Might it be possible to have the adding/removing function on the same screen?

Lindsay - I just tested the "Add Contacts to Group" flow in 4.2 and it no longer loses the selected contacts in search results after you've added them to a group. Can you try that on the public demo and see if that ameliorates your main issue?

Thanks for the speedy response Dave... especially as it also contains a solution! That solves it perfectly as the individuals remain selected.
