Error on registrations

for some reason I am getting this error when moving from one registration page to the next

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxxxx/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Event/Form/Registration/Register.php on line 255.

and it's simply not taking me to paypal at all

can one of you please take the next step and help debug it. A few things:

1. Ensure you are on the latest 4.2.x

2. Try to do exactly the same steps on the CiviCRM demo machine

3. Ping us on IRC if you need help / clarification

I think this issue may just have been fixed in:

http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-11490

Fix should be included in upcoming CiviCRM 4.2.7.
