Error on Allow Other Amounts after 4.2 Upgrade

When upgrading to CiviCRM 4.2 I noticed that it said Fatal error related to Contributions.

After the upgrade I found that on all the Payment Pages that where Allow Other Amounts was checked, that there was not a space to enter the amount.

I unchecked the Allow Other Amounts box. Saved. Then entered the check again. Saved. Then on the page the empty field to enter Another Amount was visible

I am not able to replicate this :(  Tested on upgraded db.
