Mailman/CiviCRM/Joomla User Syncronization

Has anyone had success with this?  I've been banging my head using the mailman sync script on civicrm.org but I keep running into some error.  When I hit sync2mailman in the web browser I get this Running /httpdocs/nnlso-lists/bin/sync_members -n -w=no -g=no -f sync2mailman.txt nnlsomembership 2>&1 /httpdocs/nnlso-lists/bin/sync_members: line 93: `def usage(code, msg=''):'. 

Not quite sure where to go from here.  Is this part of the code SyncList('list_name','1'); is list_name the name of the mailman list or the Smart Group?  I've tried both to no such luck.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I've had it running for ages but from a cron running on root, not a web url.

do you want to post (or pm me) what you're running and I can take a look at it.
