Links to completed MIH campaigns don't work

Hi, the links at http://civicrm.org/mih that link to the older completed campaigns don't work. They have an extra "content" path in them that should be removed, i.e. it should be http://civicrm.org/mih42 for the 4.2 release.

Fixed, thanks. The URLs there "mih42" etc., but needed to be "/mih42" etc. since the current make it happen page has /content/ in the path.
