Different results for same search with Smart Group

I have a Smart Group (SG) that has this criteria  Primary AND Related Members ...AND...Membership Status = Current ...AND...
Start Date - greater than or equal to "15th October, 2011 12:00 AM" ...AND...End Date - less than or equal to "14th October, 2012 11:59 PM" ...AND...Bankers Order? = No
When I go into Manage Groups and click on Contacts I get 102 records returned, one of which should not be there as her membership runs from 15th October 2012.  When I click on 'Edit Smart Group Criteria for...' then I get 101 records as I should.  This is impractical to reproduce on sandbox (I tried).  Seems like a straightforward bug.  Comments? Or should I just go ahead and record this as a bug?

If you are attending the pre/post sprints in the UK next week, we could potentially take a look at this and figure out whats happening and why

pretty hard to figure out what is happening and why if we cannot reproduce the issue

I just figured this one out.   I noticed that a contact was flagged as 'Added' (rather than 'Smart') so one of my users must have manually added her. I don't think they really understand smart groups.   So not a bug at all, I will educate the users!!
