Is it possible to use Organizational fields inside a CiviCRM profile which should be displayed on the drupal registration form?
Currently it will not show when I want to add it to the Drupal registration form.

I would like to have a form which has fields of type individual and of type Organisation,
and have CiviCRM create an Individual and Organisation and add a relationship for them.

I don't think you can do this with a CiviCRM Profile. See here:

for one idea how to do it. If you are using Drupal, then I think the Webform CiviCRM Integration module can do it.
