I'm not sure where else to put this question so here goes.

When I'm editing a contact record and adding an additional address I get the following Notice:

Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in CRM_Contact_Form_Edit_Address::buildQuickForm() (line 210 of /home/some-folder/public_html/some-website/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Contact/Form/Edit/Address.php).

I have actually turned display_errors = Off in my PHP.ini so I'm baffled as to why it's showing up but there you have it.

Is there any info on this one?

Drupal 7.15
civiCRM 4.1.3
