CiviCRM to send Fax?

Just wondering if anyone has experience of sending faxes via CiviCRM?

We are using it internally for mailouts but it has become apparent that we also need to send lots of 'bulk' faxes. Has anyone integrated CiviCRM with any e-fax solution before? Or how are people managing sending faxes to lots of numbers.
