Realex Payments: error message 9003

Hi,

I'm trying to process payments using Realex and receiving the following errors.

Payment Processor Error message
: 9003:We were unable to process your payment at this time. Please try again later.

Currently using Drupal 6 and CiviCRM 3.2.2.

Grateful if anyone has any idea why this is occurring or if an upgrade may resolve it.
