Modify the display name when sending Receipt/Purchase Confirmation

I can't seem to find where to modify the display name when sending receipt/purchase confirmations in CiviCRM.  Can someone point me to the correct administrative area to change the name and the hyperlinks to email too?

Please clarify which "display name" you are referring to and for what type of receipt (online vs. offline contribution, event registration, membership signup etc.). A "picture" or copy of an example would help as well.
