I keep having people leave off the state when entering a new address. It's after country on a line by itself. They get to zip and think they are done, which is the case when you manually write or tell someone your US address.

I realize the problem is the state pull down is dependent on the country pull down. I would suggest the country pull down be first before the first address field. Then state can come before zip.

i think you will need to explain 'where' this is

if it is in a Profile, then easy enough for you to move

if it is on the contact summary/edit then you would need to customise a template i expect
