Recurring payment contribution - paypal error message

Joomla 2.5.6 and Civi 4.1

I am testing Paypal standard recurring on live account. I setup monthly payment ok.
Came back few days later to test shorter periods of 1 day recurring for 5 amounts.

When I get to the PayPal screen i get this message:

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again.

Havent changed a thing.

Anyone seen this before? Is it a glitch in PayPal service or is Civi suddenly posting the wrong form data?

Client had changed PayPal email withut changing Civi processor or telling us ......
Apparently that message from PayPal almost always means screwed up email address.
