Hello,

I installed on  Drupal 7.15


warning error message: \all\modules\civicrm\install\civicrm.php on line 151
but even if error is just a warning, installation is not complete

It looks like that line is trying to write to the log. Perhaps your files directory or the civicrm/ConfigandLog sub folder is not writable?
