I have 4.2 running with CiviSMS using Clickatel as the provider, everything seems to be running OK except for that the sender ID come through as a number not associated with the account (as far as I can tell). The account in Clickatel has three Sender IDs but none of these come up in the actual text message, also I cannot see where to change between the SenderID when sending a message - I can choose only account not ID.

Any ideas?

The sender ID (source address) could be specified when setting up your provider with "API Parameters" section:

So API Parameters could look like:

api_id=1234567
from=1234567890

I see this is missing in the http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC42/Setting+up+a+SMS+Provider+for+CiviSMS.
Could you please update the doc. You could also add any other tricks / tips learned :)
