Changelog disappears after logging is turned on

Hey,

I have turned on logging on one of our production sites and this has made the old changelog disappear, fair enough. However, now when I make a new change to a contacts details the change is not being displayed in the changelog.

I still get the "Last changed by somone at sometime click here to see changelog" link, which is updated to the last time I made a change, but clicking on the link brings me to an empty changelog tab.

The funny thing is that we turned this feature on, tested it, and found it to be working on a local testing server. There may be some config difference between the live and testing server, but after a week of searching I can't find where the difference might be.

Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.

was just about to bump this as thought I was spotting same on one of our sites -

but actually there are a bunch of contacts where the ChangeLog does show - and another bunch that they don't.

Hey Pete,

Apologies for delayed response. I appear to be expiencing a similar issue to yourself. The change log appears for most but not all contacts. The results are inconsistent.

Are you continuing to see this behaviour, or have you discovered why this might be happening?
