echeck for Authorize.net payment processor

I can't seem to find a for-sure answer to this question:

Does the Authorize.net payment processor that comes with a standard install of CiviCRM 4.1.5 have the capability to make echeck transactions if echeck is setup and enabled in the Authorize.net website account settings?

My client really wants to use echeck; can someone please shed some light on how to integrate this with CiviCRM on a Contribution page?

Using:
Joomla 2.5.7
CiviCRM 4.1.5

pretty sure there is no echeck support in civicrm for authorize.net (or for any other processor)
