We're having a problem with Current Employer field and auto-complete. The system tries to auto-fill the Current Employer or Organization Name not only when the administrator is working in the record but apparently when the user is working on their own record through a profile and it often picks the wrong name from the database something similar but not the correct name.

For example, I was just in a record where the Organization Name was National Council for Jewish Women.  I just happened to click in the Current Employer field and the system changed it to a completely different organization name starting with National.

Have you ever seen this and do you know how to prevent this?
