Having 2 cases open at once results in sometimes returning to wrong contact

hi - not sure if this might mean the case gets assigned to wrong contact - or if i just got tricked - i had 2 records open after opening case for both of them - when I hit DONE on contact A I ended up on Contact B's summary screen - this may have then lead me to thinking I was still on Contact A and creating my next case for them and having it end up allocated to Contact B.

Not sure how easy it is to ensure that if we have 2 of these open, we always get returned to the right contact.

Have seen this kind of thing before. There was some thinking it was related to a known issue about a "session bug" (this one? http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,17219.0.html) but I don't know if it was ever resolved.

The users had just decided to adopt a rule that they shouldn't ever open two windows, so I haven't heard about it since.
