Payflow Link return URL

I am using the Payflow Link extension (thank you eileen) and it is working to process payments, but I do not know what to set the return URL in PayPal manager to. (I am now using Joomla 1.7.3.) I would like the user to be returned to my site with the correct civi URL. (something along the lines of mysite.com/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/contribute/transact&Itemid=121&_qf_ThankYou_display=true&qfKey=###)

What do I put in the return URL field in PayPal Manager? And what Return URL method should I use?
