Smarty tag for Membership Organisation

I'm looking at some of the system mail templates in particular membership offline signups/renewals. I can see there is a tag for membership type in the template, but there does not appear to be a tag for the organisation that you belong to.

So on a receipt I get Membership Type = Full but I don't know what its a full membership of.

In a system where you are managing memberships for two or more organisations I need this sort of tag. Is it avaialble?
