Confirm Contribution Button

We are a membership driven organization.  We have setup out membership sign up page utilizing online credit card etc.

There is a button "Confirm Contribution" which we would like to change to "Process Membership".   Could someone tell me where in the CSS I can make that modification?

No need to mess with CSS, this functionality is built into core.
