Hi.

I am Geeting following error, while instaling.

Install Successful

CiviCRM has been successfully installed.
Installation: Succesful

I am using MySQL version 4.0.24

Yup, that's the reason.

I had the same problem when trying to install using 4.0.25.

My host offered a newer version of MySQL on a different server, so I used that one instead with no problems. (5.0.27)

I installed 1.6 8703 version.. It works fine now,, in My sql 4.1.
