QA audit and redaction documentation

OK I can't seem to find much documentation on this...so I'll write some! I'm trying to understand how the Run QA Audit / Redact works.

I'm currently just getting a blank screen. Can anyone help?

thanks for writing this.  where are you getting a white screen? some more specific details and URLs might help.

Would be great if you could write this documentation somewhere near to here http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC42/CiviCase+Admin and let us know so we

demeritcowboy might be able to help / is probably the most knowledgeable person on the specifics.

I'm picking up this case on the demo site. http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view/case?reset=1&id=3&cid=107&action=view&context=case&selectedChild=case&key=33c62c68fead3f50866ef1267510aada_7673

Trying to run the QA Audit and it returns a blank page. Same on my devel site. I'm interested in how to set these QA reports up, what they do, how they work and so on.

I couldn't find any how-to docs but there was a general overview from when it was first spec'd here (point #6):
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/CiviCase+-+Requirements#CiviCase-Requirements-6FunctionstosupportQAreview

And if you really feel like reading there's lots of (outdated) background info for CiviCase as a whole:
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/CiviCase+-+Project+Home

The file CRM/Case/Audit/audit.conf.xml has some docs inside it, for advanced customization.

Otherwise the config is based on activity sets, and redaction rules are configured at
<site>/civicrm/admin/options/redaction_rule?group=redaction_rule&reset=1
using string matches or regexes.
