Bug: Attached document munges filename making doc unreadable

Verified on demo 4.2 installation.

To reproduce:

Create a custom field set with one custom field - file upload. Attach custom set to Events.

Edit existing event and upload file. (Try it with a .pdf)

Result: Filename gets munged and is unreadable by PC. (Mac is smart enough to recognize filetype.)
