Data Integrity Issues on Upgrade from 4.1.1 to 4.2.2 - How to Decipher?
October 11, 2012, 01:20:30 pm
I am trying to upgrade from CiviCRM 4.1.1 to 4.2.2 on Drupal using the guide at:
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC41/Upgrade+Drupal+Sites+to+4.1+-+Drupal+7

Before I upgrade, Civi appears to do some integrity checks and is returning with a very long list (290+ items).

Can anyone help me make sense of the following statement, what it means, and will I have memberships and/or contributions deleted after this upgrade that I need to worry about?

See the attachment for an example of what I am seeing prior to the upgrade.

Thanks

Hershel

These happen sometimes on upgrades. I'm not 100% sure why, but in my experience, it's safe to proceed. Of course you should backup your database and files before any upgrade. First thing would be to check those after the upgrade. If they're OK, then it worked. :)
