After Upgrade, menu is showing 404 error

Hello,
i recently upgraded my Joomla and Civi. Now i have successfully upgraded Civi to 3.4.8. A peculiar thing happens. When i try to reset the Resource URL, i got a 404 error. I am push back to this URL
/administrator/index2.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/setting/url&reset=1
and then got a 404 error..

Please advise me how to solve this
