All custom fields/profiles are now missing from receipts this is for any 'Used For' type.

This was working in 4.2.2

UPDATE
Pay offline
used for 'All Contact Types' = custom_79    Array
used for 'Memberships' = NOTHING

Pay Online
used for 'All Contact Types' = NOTHING
used for 'Memberships' = NOTHING

I'm happy to work with the assignee to test this so we can get a working version of these receipts which I haven't managed to achieve  since I started using CiviCRM in version 4.0

Thanks for the IRC, I know it was late so you probably had to go.

I recreated in http://joomla.demo.civicrm.org and the setting are as follows;

Contribution/Membership
On-Behalf of organisation enabled (this was a factor)
Price set - radio option
New Individual - profile
Custom Fields - profile (contact & membership mix - this was a factor)
Custom Set used for membership
Custom Set used for contact

When 'On behalf of ' profile is used, the membership record is created for the Org and not the Individual,
hence it makes sense to collect the membership data in the On behalf of profile rather than custom pre/post profiles.

Hence the fix is to move all such fields to your On behalf of profile and that should fix it for you.
