Credit Card / Billing Information Disappears when using SSL

Fresh install of CIVICRM 4.2.1 on Wordpress Version 3.4.2 using Authorize.net - Works fine without SSL, but when switching to HTTPS, the billing and credit card information disappears.

Debugging on but no information displayed.

I've tried the following:
   1.  Changed civicrm.settings.php BASE url to https
   2.  Updated Resource URLS
   3.  Logged in via SSL and then updated resource URLS.
   4.  Updated entire site to SSL

Also as a side note, when SSL on, all admin menus at top disappear.

what browser are you using? can you try using a different browser. Also can you update to the most recent version of civicrm (4.2.4)

Oh.. okay I got it fixed. My mistake. I had the shortcode embedded on the page "donate" and created a custom menu item with an absolute path using the donate page in the URL - IE  /donate/?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/contribute/transact&reset=1&id=1   

Took out the shortcode and what do you know everything worked.
