Ignoring email format preference
October 18, 2012, 11:00:37 pm
As I've been testing some emails via CiviMail the last few days I have noticed that it will sometimes alternate between a users preferred email format.

The account I access Civi via has it's preferred email format set to "both", occasionally when sending a test email to myself it will switch from HTML to Text.

Has anyone else noticed this? It is a bit worrying when we are sending mails to a few hundred users, if their preference is configured as "both" they may be receiving Text mails instead of HTML mails.

I have found if I set my preference to HTML I no longer get the text mails.

Conor
