No Dashlets on Admin Dashboard - Access Denied (Screenshot attached)

I have the CiviCRM 4.2.2 installed on Drupal 7.16 - I'm testing on a local Ubuntu machine. Everything works correctly. Today, when I access in the admin dashboard, everythings about "Case Dashboard Dashlet" not shows (access denied - see screenshot). I am logged in as the super admin; I know I have all permissions to see every dashboard dashlet.
I can preview the dashlet if I repeat the log into the 'User login' that appear under any single dashlet.
For the moment i can access without problem into any part of CiviCRM

Did you try Refresh Dashboard button on top right ?

The first thing i do. Nothing it's changed.
My CIVICRM_UF_BASEURL setting in civicrm.settings.php file and the Resource URL setting under Global Settings matches. I also have rebuild the menu.
But what can Refresh Dashboard resolve that a restart of the machine can't do?

Dashlets are cached in the db, so this will clear the cache and reload the dashlets.

I tried to work on db. I have make different test. Nothing changed ... I have changed the password ... et voilà ... all go one.
Bah! I dont realy undertand what i have do ... but now all work fine.

I recognize this is an older post, but I am having exactly the same problem as the OP.

Additionally, when I click to configure the dashboard, I am not given the usual drag-and-drop functionality for dashlets.  Screenshot is attached.

Documenting the fix that worked for me (Drupal installation):

  • Delete the contents of /sites/default/files/civicrm/templates_c
  • Clear all caches: /civicrm/clearcache
  • For good measure, run the job: Clean-up Temporary Data and Files (cleanup)
