Smarty error after upgrading from 4.2.1 to 4.2.4

HI,
I have this user warning error after upgrading:

Code: [Select]
User warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/Block/RecentlyViewed.tpl" in Smarty->trigger_error() (line 1093 of /var/www/siteprod/sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php).
and the directory Block did'nt exist !!!!!

Did you try clearing files/civicrm/template_c directory?

Yes of course
and this directory did'nt exist in 4.2.1 also
