Can I change the information in the confirmation email?

Using CiviCRM 3.3 on Drupal 6. The confirmation email sent out does not include detail information collected for other participants when registering for multiple participants, it only shows the detail of the person registering and the email of all registrants. On the other hand, the thank you for registering page shows all the information I needed, but it is not what is sent as confirmation email.

Is there a way to send the "Thank you for Registering" page as the confirmation email or a way to modify the confirmation email to include detail information of all registrant and not just the email address.

The confirmation email receipt should contain all the addition participant info that has been configured in additional participant profiles.

You might wanna upgrade to our latest CiviCRM stable release (4.2.4) to check if that fixes it for you.
