We have a parent group which has 2 groups within it. The 2 groups have 11 and 13 contacts in them. The parent group correctly shows 24 contacts but when you click on Contacts, only 8 people are listed. These are the first 8 people alphabetically.

Bizarrely, you can see the 'missing' people by clicking on the highlighted letters at the top of the screen... so they are there, but just not appearing in the list of contacts.

Any ideas as to why this might be? Thanks.

I'm now getting this issue not just with parent groups but with random other groups. Only a small portion of the contacts appear in the contact list (so I can't select people and generate Actions). However the contacts are visible if I select different letters of the alphabet and view them in smaller portions.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Sounds odd and I have no idea why that should happen. Can you upgrade to see if that will help?

Ok. Fortunately it's just occasional groups at the moment - strange that there's no rhyme or reason to it but good that it's only affecting a few!
