Hello,
I am looking for an experienced consultant to advise me in selecting the best CRM for our non-profit, and assuming CiviCRM is it, to then customizing CiviCRM to meet our evaluation needs.

We’re a grassroots leadership development and community organizing non-profit in San Jose, CA.  We’re hopeful that CiviCRM can be customized to track and evaluate our progress and results in developing individual grassroots leaders (increased participation and demonstrated understanding/skills) and groups of these leaders (local organizing committees).  We need a system that can integrate our eval w/ our communications and fundraising functions.
