Paypal Express Button missing on Live Contribution Page

I am configuring Paypal express on CiviCRM 4.2 (Wordpress) for the first time.

I put in the paypal user, password and signature for the "Live payments" section of the Payment processor. But when I visit the live contribution page, the "Checkout with Paypal" section of the page is missing. The section is visible on the Test page. (see attached images. (Black background for live, white background for Test)

Any ideas why the Paypal section might not be appearing on the live contribution page.

Can you look at the HTML and see if it's in there but being hidden by CSS? I think that code is in the page, as opposed to being loaded by Ajax. Therefore it should be on the page.
