I am currently unable to either cancel or delete a mailing.

I have tried deleting my cache but it does not seem to do anything.

Sorry for the somewhat oblique first post. To expand on my issue here is what I am seeing.

When I view the list of currently scheduled and running mailings it will display all the mailings I expect. The cancel and delete buttons do appear for any mailings that are currently executing. When I click on either cancel or delete for the mailing that is running nothing happens.

I noticed mention of this issue on another thread and they recommended clearing the cache (deleting the contents of the templates_c directory), doing this did not change the behavior of the cancel/delete buttons.

I have checked the apache logs when trying to cancel the mailing but could see no evidence of errors. Eventually I was able to cancel a mailing by changing it's status in the database manually.

I have not had an opportunity to run a test mailing to just one mail address yet.

Hi John,

In the end I had to modify it directly in the database. I can't remember exactly what I changed but I believe there's an enum column in the mailing table. I had to identify the ID of the mailing I was trying to cancel and updated that row.

Was not too difficult, but is not really optimal if any of our day to day users need to cancel a mailing later.
