Error messages after upgrade to 4.2 -

Joomla upgrade from 4.1(3?) to 4.2

I get the following error messages

     
Code: [Select]
  JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
        Failed deleting civicrm.php
        JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
        Failed deleting civicrm.php
But then it reports
Code: [Select]
        Installing component was successful.

CiviCRM
CiviCRM component files have been UPGRADED succesfully.

Checking civicrm components homepage shows correct version.

Am hoping those error messages can be ignore, but thought best to check with the good folks here first :)

I'm not 100% sure but I think I have also seen that message. I think it can be ignored, yes.

just upgraded another site and a similar thing but different message
Code: [Select]
Plugin Install: Another plugin is already using directory: /home/geopar5/public_html/plugins/user/civicrm
Everything else seems ok.

The other sites seems ok so far as well

 If anyone else has these messages, you can probably ignore them too :)

Seems like I jumped the gun, the latest upgrade didn't upgrade the version number on the home page. And I[ve already gone and manually updated some files and everything has broke :(

That last message about another plugin using the directory is odd. What other plugins do you have?
