Wordpress listing directory in ecommerce

Hi, can I do something like this?

1.- User buys a bike using CiviCRM, it includes a free 1 year subscription to the site
2.- He enters personal data like address, gets assigned a serial number
(or option 2b.- User asks that his credit card data be used as his home address
3.- The data can be searched in case his bike gets stolen in a searchable directory, only if his subscription is active.

Intended platform: Wordpress

you definitely can do this with drupal. I think with the recent contributions to wordpress in 4.3 you can accomplish most of the below either directly and the rest via a bit of coding

Professionally, what platform do you recommend for this?
Where is this easier to implement??
WP or Drupal?
