Hey all,

I have a problem with bulk mailings. The numbers just consistently do not work out.
Today I found a user record that

• has a primary email address set
• does not have any "do not" tags set
• is not opted out
• has received mass mailings with that exact same configuration before (older civicrm version)

Now I did a search just for that user. then I selected schedule a mass mailing and provided an empty unsubscription group

After clicking next civicrm says that there are 0 recipients.

In total we have about 2020 recipients for regular updates of which 1980 are not opted out/ unsubscribed. Nevertheless our mailings consistently only have about 1850 recipients in civimail.

Any suggestions to why this is happening?

//edit:  I just updated from 4.2.0 to 4.2.6 but unfortunately it doesn't solve the issue.
