Hi, why does my installation have Two civicrm directories in the path? like "www.site.com/civicrm/civicrm/"

Is there a way to change civiCRM to something more meaningful like "directory"? Or do I need a clean re-install

Is your site base URL site.com? If so, then the URL should be site.com/civicrm

Is http://[your-site]/civicrm the root of your Drupal install?

Try going to http://[your-site]/civicrm?q=civicrm and ttp://[your-site]/civicrm?q=civicrm/dashboard

If that returns the CiviCRM homepage and dashborad then you've installed Drupal at ttp://[your-site]/civicrm
