All tracking links in CiviMail redirect to frontpage

I can seem to find any other people having this problem, but when I track links in CiviMail they all redirect to my root domain i.e.  http:// site . com rather than redirecting to the website.

I'm not entirely sure what I can do from here.

I am running Drupal 7.15 and Civicrm 4.2.2 all fresh installations.
