I've touched on this in other posts but have finally confirmed it so I thought a post about this specific issue was warranted.

In 4.2.6, when "Additional Contributions" are enabled on a membership page, the Label for "Contribution Amount" is missing from the page.  In 4.1, the label appears correctly.

I've tested this in the 4.1 demo site and the 4.2 site and have attached screenshots of the results.

This may be by design but the result is that my customers are completely missing the Additional contribution section and trying to proceed without checking any of the options. 

Any ideas on where to force the label to return.  Not sure where to start.
