Sorry -- this is a silly newbie question but I can't figure it out.

While stuck on something else a while ago, I found a very detailed error log.  I think it was a text file and it should every Civicrm action that had hit a glitch (activities that were not filed, people unable to log in, etc).   It was a great tool!

Of course, I can't find that log anymore and I'm clearly not searching the right thing because I'm not bringing up any clues in the forum.

Will someone please point me in the right direction?
