Can you tell me in more detail what it is you want to achieve? You can create custom fields from the menu (Administer/Customize Data and Screens/CustomFields). You create a set of custom fields that you link to an object (for example Contact or Contribution). More info http://book.civicrm.org/user/current/organising-your-data/custom-fields/

Hello thiagu,

1. Go to Administer-->Customize Data and Screens-->Custom Fields, and Create a custom field. Make sure that you set the field as searchable so you can use it for reports and searches.
2. Go to Administer-->Customize Data and Screens-->Profiles and add your custom field field to a custom profile
3. Go to Contributions-->Manage Contribution Pages. Find the contribution page you want to add this profile to, select configure-->include Profiles. Choose Whether you want to include it at the top or bottom of the page and select your custom profile from the relevant dropdown menu. now select save and done.

Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Jason
