UpdateGreeting.php fails to update contacts
November 11, 2012, 05:50:56 pm
Using 4.0.7. We've just changed our default greeting template for Households, so I ran UpdateGreeting.php:

        curl 'https://<sitename>/sites/all/modules/civicrm/bin/UpdateGreeting.php?ct=Household&gt=postal_greeting&name=<name>&pass=<pass>&key=<key>'

and again with "gt=email_greeting." Both times it completes with the message:

Greeting is updated for contact(s). (Done)

But when I look at any household contacts, nothing has changed. If I run with "force=1" I get an error:

Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
We experienced an unexpected error. Please post a detailed description and the backtrace on the CiviCRM forums

What am I doing wrong? If I should try it with force=1, how do I get the backtrace for the error?
