Any one can help me, how to integrate custom field for particular contribution id. Actually, I have 40+ contribution pages in my website but I need to add category list(custom field) for a particular contribution page.

If I'm understanding your question correctly, you should be able to do this by:

1. Create a custom field (Administer > Customize Data and Screens > Custom Fields)
2. Add that field to a custom profile (as above, but > Profiles)
3. Add that profile to your contribution page.

Bonus tip: Make sure you make your custom field searchable, or you won't be able to use it in reports.
