Customizing Contribution Receipts (PDF)

I'm trying to customize the PDF receipt generated when under Find Contributions, Action > Print or Email Contribution Receipts > PDF Receipts.

I've toyed with all the relevant Message Templates under Configure but still can't find what generates this PDF Receipt? Help?
